Experts in manufacturing round, square and rectangular precision tubes

EN10305-3

Round section

We manufacture round section tubes using high-frequency welding from steel strip that is formed and welded longitudinally.

EN10305-5

Square section

We produce square section tubes using high-frequency welding from steel strip, which is formed and longitudinally joined.

EN10305-5

Rectangular section

We produce rectangular section tubes using high-frequency welding from steel strip, which is formed and joined longitudinally.

We offer our precision tubes in three different finishes

Our production line can meet the specific needs of different industrial applications by offering three surface finishes as specified in the standard: pickled, cold-rolled and galvanised.

Pickled

Pickled steel is hot-rolled material that has undergone a cleaning process that removes scale, rust, impurities, etc.

Cold-rolled

Cold-rolled steel is steel that after the pickling process has been rolled to reduce its thickness to the desired thickness.

Sendzimir Galvanised / Zinc-Magnesium

Galvanised steel is a material that has been coated with zinc to extend its protection against corrosive environments. We manufacture tubes using both Sendzimir galvanised and zinc-magnesium coils.

Some applications of precision tubes

Automotive Industry

Precision tubes in the automotive industry are key for components such as steering systems, chassis and axles, providing safety and stability. Manufactured with high strength and precision, they facilitate exact fitting and reduce vibrations in complex assemblies. Their durability and corrosion resistance increase vehicle lifespan and optimise maintenance.

Logistics

In the logistics sector, precision tubes are essential for manufacturing containers and parts transport systems. Their high strength and precision ensure safety and stability in load movement, minimising damage during transport. Additionally, we offer both precision tubes and sheet metal supply and other components, optimising space and improving supply chain efficiency.

Furniture

Precision tubes are essential in the furniture sector, used in applications ranging from urban to domestic and medical furniture. Their manufacture with strict tolerances ensures durability and aesthetics in modern designs. Furthermore, they allow the creation of lightweight and resistant structures, optimising space use and improving product functionality.

Additional cutting and machining services for precision tubes

We offer laser tube cutting, cut-to-length and customised end forming services according to requirements. We also complement our services with sheet metal work, including laser sheet cutting, sheet metal bending and welding.
